Unbelievable - all tonight's matches were called off. Although the Leisure centre pitches are officially categorised as 'all weather', tonight we seem to have experienced the very rare phenomenon of 'the wrong type of rain'. Apparently, a freak weather system resulted in a band of slightly thicker rain than usual pushing north from France causing problems with the drainage.

As the Winter season matches are planned to a very tight schedule, it is likely that tonight's games will not be played and will all be written off as nil-nil draws.

Well, at least the only good thing that came out of tonight's result was that Warren can chalk this up as a clean sheet - probably the only one he'll get this season...
